What Is Covered:
Gorilla Tactical Carbon Filters are warranted against manufacturer defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase. During the warranty period, Grow Strong Industries will either repair or replace any covered, defective carbon filter.

What is Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, and/or corrosive or damaging substances such as, but not limited to, diatomaceous earth, sulfur dioxide from sulfur burners, and excessive carbon dioxide produced from NG/LP burners, improper packing and shipping (such claims must be presented to the carrier), or other acts of nature. This warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from the installation or removal of this product from any installation, any unauthorized tampering with this product, any repairs attempted by anyone unauthorized by Grow Strong Industries to make such repairs, or any other cause which does not relate directly to a defect in materials and/or workmanship of this product.

In order to enforce the rights under this warranty, the original purchaser must notify GSI of a warranty claim by creating a case using the link below.
