General use Restrictions

Any unauthorized use of any material contained on the site may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and communications statutes.

Gorilla Grow Tent, Inc. grants you the limited right to display the Materials only on your personal computer for your personal use. You agree not to use the materials for any other purpose without the prior written consent of Gorilla Grow Tent, Inc. Without limitation, you agree not to reproduce, re-distribute, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate any information contained in the materials to anyone, including others in the same company or organization. Local Laws

Gorilla Grow Tent, Inc controls and operates this site from its headquarters in the United States of America. If you use this site from outside the United States of America, you are entirely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws, including but not limited to the export and import laws of other countries in relation to the materials and third-party content.

Violation of Terms of This Site

If you violate the terms of this site, Gorilla Grow Tent reserves the right to terminate service to you without further notice or explanation. Gorilla Grow Tent’s preferred course of action is to advise you of your inappropriate behavior and advise you of any corrective action. However, flagrant violations of these Terms as determined by Gorilla Grow Tent in its sole discretion; will result in immediate termination of service.

You agree that Gorilla Grow Tent and its licensors may make improvements and/or changes in the services and prices described in this site, if any, at any time without notice, and further agree that Gorilla Grow Tent can revise these Terms at any time without notice by updating this posting. Your continued use of the site after such modifications have been made constitutes your acceptance of such revised Terms.

Any action related to these Terms will be governed by California Law and controlling U.S. Law without regard to the choice or conflicts of law provisions of any jurisdiction. You agree to the jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco County, California for the resolution of all disputes arising from or related to these Terms and/or your use of the site.

The failure of Gorilla Grow Tent, Inc to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by Gorilla Grow Tent in writing. The Terms comprises the entire agreement between you and Gorilla Grow Tent and supersede all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, discussions or agreements, if any, between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. Your use of the Site, however, is subject to the additional disclaimers and caveats that may appear throughout the site.

Trademarks

“Gorilla Grow Tent”, “Gorilla Grow Tent, Inc”, “GorillaGrowTent.com”, “Kind LED Grow Lights”, “Kind LED”, “kindledgrowlights.com”, the use of the term “Grow Strong” & “Tallest. Thickest. Strongest.”, “Lotus Nutrients”, lotusnutrients.com”, “Simplified. Purified. Perfected”, “SuperCloset”, “supercloset.com”, “SuperPonics”, within the context of indoor gardening and grow rooms, and “#1 Selling Grow Tents Worldwide” are trademarks of Gorilla Grow Tent, Inc. in the United States and other countries. Unauthorized use or duplication of these marks is strictly prohibited by law.

ORDERS ON HOLD

Due to high incidences of fraud with online orders, any orders with non-matching billing and shipping addresses require additional documents before being processed. An email will be sent requesting a valid ID with the credit card used to make the purchase as well as a verified billing statement. Sensitive information may be covered, but the ID verification must show cardholder name and the last 4 digits of the credit card used for purchase and a matching name on submitted the valid ID. Alternatively, customers are welcome to change their method of payment to PayPal, pending the account has a PayPal verified shipping address. 


  •  Orders will be canceled within 3 business days if no response is provided to ID verification request emails. 

CANCELLATIONS

When a new order is placed and payment (deposits included) has been secured, Grow Strong Industries’ team immediately expends time, energy, and care toward the completion of the ordered system(s) and/or product(s). Due to this, any orders canceled prior to shipping from our facility are subject to a 6% restocking fee, which covers the incurred costs associated with processing and manufacturing new orders. If an order is requested to be canceled after the product has been shipped from our warehouse, the customer is subject to a 15% restocking fee and all shipping fees.

SIGNATURE
Direct Signature Required For All Orders Over $100

DELIVERY OF ORDER

Upon delivery, all orders should be checked for visible damages with the carrier present. Any visible damages should be notated and acknowledged via signature by the carrier. In the case of extreme damages, the contents of order should be inspected with the driver present. In the event damages to the product are found, delivery may be refused, with the carrier acknowledging product condition. In this rare scenario, follow the steps below for warranty service to report incident to a Gorilla Grow Tent Support Representative. 

MISSING PARTS

Gorilla Grow Tent orders are checked and rechecked as part of our strict quality control guidelines. Because of this any missing or faulty components are extremely rare. In the event that you believe you are missing parts, please follow the warranty steps below to immediately alert a Gorilla Grow Tent Support Representative. 

*ALL ORDERS MUST BE INSPECTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY.  

*ANY MISSING PARTS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY.

In the ultra rare event that you do have a missing component(s), it is required that you retain all original packaging. You may be required to take pictures/video of the packaging in order to review along with your assigned Gorilla Grow Tent Support Representative. 99% of the time, missing parts are contained somewhere within the packaging in which your order was contained. If packaging that contains the reported missing components has been disposed of prior to reporting to a GGT Representative and cannot be visibly shown, the components in question will not be replaced.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Grow Strong Industries accepts product returns within the first 30 days from the time of delivery, if the product is returned unused, in like-new condition, in its original packaging. (Includes all documentation/manuals). If the product has been used or damaged when Grow Strong Industries receives it, a refund will not be issued to the customer.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase usually within 5-10 business days of our receiving of your returned product. Delays may be experienced in the case of incomplete or used returns. We will then issue the refund minus a 15% restocking fee and all shipping costs incurred by GSI.

Please note:

Any and all shipping costs incurred will not be refunded. This includes the original actual cost of shipping the items to your location, not the discounted price we offer to customers at the time of purchase, including purchases with “free shipping.”

If an order is canceled after leaving the GSI facility, mid-shipment, and you request the item to be returned to GSI, an $18 “return to sender” fee will be deducted from the cancellation refund in addition to all other shipping costs incurred and restocking fees.

Return Merchandise Authorization Process (RMA PROCESS)

Here are the basic steps:

1. Pack the item securely in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING your item(s) came in. Please DO NOT throw away of the original packaging or packing material. Enclose a copy of the invoice that arrived with the item(s) if possible.
2. All products must be returned in like-new, unused condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories in order to be considered for a refund.
3. Contact Gorilla Grow Tent at 855.448.4769 to obtain the correct shipping address. A customer service agent will issue you a “Returned Merchandise Authorization Number” (RMA Number) that you will write on the return packaging.
4. If necessary, Grow Strong Industries can assist with shipping arrangements. Charges for shipping services may apply and will be deducted from the customer’s total refund.
5. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.

Gorilla Grow Tent Warranty

Gorilla Grow Tents have a 1-year warranty on craftsmanship.  The Warranty/Replacement policy is valid for original purchasers, of new products only, with valid receipt.  User negligence and normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.

Kind LED Grow Lights Warranty

90 Day Full Warranty | 5 Year Limited   

What Is Covered

Kind LED Grow Lights products are warranted against defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase.  During the warranty period, Kind LED will either repair or replace any covered, defective product.  Within the first 90 days, Kind LED will incur all costs associated with the repair, or replacement, and return of the defective product.  After 90 days, the customer will assume responsibility of shipping the defective product back to Kind LED for the remainder of the warranty period.  Kind LED will, in turn, assume responsibility for up to $50.00 per light of the shipping fees associated with returning the repaired or replaced product back to the purchaser.   Return shipping fees in excess of $50.00 will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

What is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, and/or corrosive or damaging substances such as, but not limited to, diatomaceous earth, sulfur dioxide from sulfur burners, and excessive carbon dioxide produced from NG/LP burners, improper packing and shipping (such claims must be presented to the carrier), lightning, power surges, or other acts of nature. This warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from the installation or removal of this product from any installation, any unauthorized tampering with this product, any repairs attempted by anyone unauthorized by Kind LED to make such repairs, or any other cause which does not relate directly to a defect in materials and/or workmanship of this product. If the use of corrosive materials in your grow cannot be avoided, your Kind LED grow light(s) must be removed or completely covered during exposure periods. Damages resultant from corrosive materials are easily identified during inspection and are not covered under this warranty.

Lotus Nutrients Warranty

Lotus Nutrients may be returned only if they are unopened and in original packaging. Any Lotus products that have been opened, tampered with, or used are non-refundable.


*Please note that Lotus Nutrients are milled with naturally derived ingredients. Because of this, the consistency may vary from batch to batch. This variance may result in certain batches having a consistency closer to moist or kinetic sand.  This in and of itself is not a warrantable issue, as the product(s) in this condition are normal.  If you believe you have an issue with your Lotus Nutrients that extends beyond batch to batch consistency variance, you may submit a request for warranty. Any requests for warranty for Lotus products must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt.


Gorilla Rooms / Complete Grow Systems

We honor a 30-day return policy on FULL GROW SYSTEMS ONLY (inclusive of cabinets and Gorilla Rooms), provided that the below conditions are met and followed. This policy does not apply to enhancements, equipment, or components included in the Complete Grow Rooms but not otherwise sold by Gorilla Grow Tent. Any enhancement, accessory, or component sold is subject to a 15% restocking fee and only returnable in an unused, like-new condition. All returns, refunds, etc. for 3rd party enhancements/products are not covered by Gorilla Grow Tent’s return policy and should be taken to the respective manufacturer to ensure proper warranty terms are followed. If a product is returned in a used condition, no credit will be given and the product in question will be sent back to the customer per these terms.


Listed below are the steps involved in submitting a request for warranty replacement.

  1. Contact a Gorilla Grow Tent representative by phone at: 855-448-4769 or by creating a support case at https://support.growstrongindustries.com/support-request-form/
  2. The Gorilla Grow Tent representative will either attempt to assist in troubleshooting, request photos/videos showing damages, or ask for additional information. Please note that images and/or video files sent cannot exceed 10MB in any single email
  3. If the part in question is faulty and not fixable, the customer will need to send it back to the Gorilla Grow Tent warehouse, or an assigned repair facility.  (Gorilla Grow Tent representative will specify the address)

**The shipping fee to the Gorilla Grow Tent facility will be covered by the customer.**  

  1. Once Gorilla Grow Tent receives the faulty product, it will be examined and either be refurbished or replaced.  Please note, GGT Limited tents are limited in quantity. Once stock has been depleted, warranty replacement will be fulfilled with a GGT Original tent of same size. If the tent proves to be functioning properly, the same tent will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
  2. Any replacement will be sent back to the specified customer shipping address.

**Gorilla Grow Tent will cover the return shipping fee.**

 

INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY REPLACEMENT POLICY AND PROCEDURE

The Warranty/Replacement policy is valid for original purchasers, of new products only, with valid receipt.  User negligence and normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.

Due to the high costs associated with international logistics, Gorilla Grow Tents maintains a separate shipping, returns, and warranty policy for overseas/ International orders.  Gorilla Grow Tents will continue to make best efforts to provide international customers with the same high standards, due diligence, and industry-leading customer service as we do our domestic clients, but will be unable to bear the increased costs of logistics fees associated with international shipping.

Gorilla Grow Tents will honor its 1-year warranty on craftsmanship, but will be unable to incur fees associated with transit of repaired or replaced items  above $50 USD .  Because of this, in many cases Gorilla Grow Tents will assist in seeking cost effective alternatives, such as utilizing repair facilities that are closer to the country of purchaser.    All shipping fees above $50 USD will be the responsibility of the customer.

  5. Any replacement will be sent back to the specified customer shipping address.

**The shipping fees to the Gorilla Grow Tent facility will be covered by the customer.  Shipping fees from the Gorilla Grow Tent facility exceeding $50 USD  will be covered by the customer ** 

DAMAGE CLAIM POLICY AND PROCEDURE

Currently damages to Gorilla Grow Tent shipments occur less than 1% of the time.  In the unfortunate event that damages do occur, the following procedure and timeline must be followed in order to ensure the expeditious delivery of a replacement system and a claim being filed with the damaging carrier.

  1. When customer receives their Gorilla Grow Tent, the external packaging must be inspected for any rips, tears, punctures, abrasions, creases, or any marks that may indicate damage on the interior.
  2. Customer will then inspect contents alongside the delivering driver.
  3. Significant damages should be refused by customer and signed for by driver.
  4. Light cosmetic damages not affecting functionality may be accepted by customer and acknowledged and signed for by driver.
  5. Damages not noticed and seen with driver present may still be claimed as concealed damages.
  6. Gorilla Grow Tent MUST BE NOTIFIED OF THE DAMAGES (concealed or otherwise) WITHIN 48 HOURS IN ORDER TO SUCCESSFULLY BEGIN A CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY.  Customers exceeding this time   frame may be penalized with a delay and/or forfeiture of a replacement, and/or financial penalties.
  7. The assigned Gorilla Grow Tent representative will require pictures and a description of the damages.
  8. Once the required pictures and description are received, a pick-up of the damaged product, and the shipment of a replacement product will be scheduled.
  9. Provided that all of the above requirements are met, Gorilla Grow Tent will make every effort to send a replacement system within 72 hours.  However, extenuating circumstances may prevent 100% adherence to this policy. Damages occurring during product back orders, high volume periods, holidays, or for other reasons may take additional time to deliver.

**ALL ORDERS PLACED ON GORILLAGROWTENT.COM ARE REQUIRED TO AGREE TO THE ABOVE TERMS BY CHECKING THE APPLICABLE BOX IN THE SHOPPING CART PRIOR TO COMPLETING ONLINE ORDER.**

Gorilla Grow Tent, Inc. products were designed with the intention of creating a contained, ideal growing environment for plants, vegetables, fruits, and herbs as a solution to the dilemma of certain locales and outdoor climates being unsuitable for growing and producing healthy plants.

Gorilla Grow Tent, Inc.’s products are to be used for lawful purposes only.  It is the responsibility of you as the purchaser to know and abide by all laws pertaining to the use of your Gorilla Grow Tent, Inc. product.

Gorilla Grow Tent, Inc. will not be held liable for any unlawful state or federal activity arising out of the post-sale use of our products.  By agreeing to the terms & conditions, you as the purchaser are attesting to the lawful use of our product and are thereby solely responsible for acting in conformance with all applicable regulations.
