With these in-place the entire structure is solid, the 4” inline duct-fan can pull at max without disturbing the interior. They are a lot easier to install and remove than I estimated.
Works great and is perfect for hanging fans
It keeps the walls very sturdy on the side with my 8” high CFM exhaust fan. No issues.
